What is the process for ordering on-line?
Your Order may be completed Online by clicking on the Buy Now! button adjacent to the item you wish to order. Once this button is selected Your Order will be placed on a Secure Server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information. The Secure Server will pass your order information to the Order Processing System for immediate processing. The Secure Server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL Encryption Technology. Your Privacy and Security is of utmost concern to us. Please Note: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from our factory.
How Can I Pay for my Selections?
Factory Direct Furnishings accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I Pay for my Selections by Personal Check?
Factory Direct Furnishings accepts Personal Checks. COD is not accepted. All personal checks will need to clear our bank before merchandise can be shipped to you from our warehouses. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us via Phone, Fax or E-Mail with your order.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Factory Direct Furnishings is located in Kansas and must collect a 6% sales tax for those customers residing in this state.
Can I place an order over the phone?
If you would like to speak to one of our consultants please feel free to call us toll free at Toll Free 1-800-447-3281. We would be happy for answer any questions you may have and process your order at that time. If we are not able to answer your call, please leave a message and be assured that we will get back to you promptly.
How will my order ship to me?
Most items ship UPS and/or Freight Carrier throughout the Continental United States. Furniture orders will normally ship within two to three weeks of your order depending on availability. Shipping time may vary based upon which shipping carrier is chosen and the customer's delivery location in the USA so please allow 14 days. Although it is rare that we will not have your item available, we will be notify you promptly if we are out of stock or have discontinued on an item. All furniture items will ship for a flat fee of $100.00 - even for orders of multiple products!
Will the Furniture Require Assembly?
Most of our furniture will require some assembly. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with instructions. Easy to follow instructions are included with those items needing assembly.
What if my item in damaged in transit?
There are rare instances when our products are damaged in the delivery process. Upon receipt, please inspect the item thoroughly. If there is damage please refuse the delivery and contact us at Toll Free 1-800-447-3281. If the defect is noticed following delivery, please notify us and we will make arrangements for the piece to be removed and a replacement sent to you quickly.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with any item we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Simply call us at Toll Free 1-800-447-3281 for a return authorization. Then ship the item back in original condition and all money will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs. It is your responsibility to have items shipped back to us. We will not accept back items that have been used, damaged or abused in any way. We will not accept back items after 7 days for any reason.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will be happy to reverse the transaction at no charge to you. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance. Please call Toll Free 1-800-447-3281 or e-mail us at factorydirectfurnishings@windstream.net we will be happy to assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return authorization.
