The wood posts will have "checking" in the finish. These are seasoned splits which are a natural occurance in the solid pine post. The bed is made of solid ponderosa pine from the Cascade mountains. It is combined with hand forged iron from the USA. The bed comes with its own frame and is ready to assemble. Made by craftsmen in a decades old factory. Available in twin, full, queen, and king.
